Superior Rewards Club Policy

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible and participate in the U.P. Marine Company Superior Rewards Club membership program (“Club”), Customer agrees to the following requirements:

  • Creation of a valid Customer Account at www.upmarineco.com or by phone with a U.P. Marine Company representative at 888-780-9973.
  • Purchase of the Superior Rewards Club annual membership at www.upmarineco.com or by phone with a U.P. Marine Company representative at 888-780-9973
  • Acknowledge and agree that by purchasing a Club membership, all U.P. Marine Company Policies, Terms, and Conditions which are incorporated herein by this reference shall apply. 
  • U.P. Marine Company Policies, Terms, and Conditions are accessible through the following methods:

  • Club membership and benefits are only available in the United States of America
  • Customers located in the U.S.A but outside of the contiguous 48 states agree that free shipping and flat-rate shipping are excluded from the Club benefits and shipping rates shall be calculated per order during checkout as defined in U.P. Marine Company’s Shipping section at www.upmarineco.com/policies 
  • We do not ship merchandise or conduct any business outside of the United States of America.

QUALIFIED MERCHANDISE PURCHASE

A qualified merchandise purchase (“Qualified Purchase”) is required to earn Superior Rewards Points (“Points”) that can be converted into Superior Rewards Store Credit (“Rewards”). Qualified Purchases can only be made online at www.upmarineco.com or over the phone with a U.P. Marine Company representative.

Non-merchandise items are excluded from earning Superior Rewards Points and associated Rewards. These non-merchandise items include:

  • Applicable Taxes
  • Shipping, handling, or expedited freight charges
  • Gift Cards


Merchandise paid for with Store Credit, or the specific dollar amount paid for with Store Credit if used as partial payment, is excluded from earning Points.

 

CLUB REWARDS MEMBERSHIP TERM

Superior Rewards Club memberships are valid for a period of 12-months from the date of purchase. U.P. Marine Company will notify Customer at least forty-five (45) days prior to membership expiration of the specific expiration date and available Rewards balance (if applicable) in the respective Customer account.

Customers are not obligated to renew, and U.P. Marine Company will not automatically renew Club membership on behalf of Customer. Remaining points or balance of Rewards in the form of Store Credit have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Remaining Points or any remaining Rewards balance are forfeited upon Club membership expiration unless Customer renews Club membership at least 30 days from expiration date.

CLUB POINTS TO REWARDS CONVERSION

Points earned from Qualified Purchases will be converted to Rewards and deposited as Store Credit into Customer’s U.P. Marine Company Customer account under the following conditions:

  • Points are converted to Rewards (Store Credit) after payment has processed and product(s) have been confirmed as delivered to intended recipient. 
  • Points are converted to Rewards at the current conversion rate of 5.00%
  • Conversion Example: 500 points = $25.00 in store credit ($500 x .05)
  • To deter abuse of U.P. Marine Company’s Returns and Rewards Program, U.P. Marine Company reserves the right to delay shipping of product, withhold refunds, withhold earning Points, and postpone depositing Rewards for a Qualified Purchase if there is suspected unauthorized activity or activity that may violate U.P. Marine Company Terms and Conditions. 
  • U.P. Marine Company further reserves the right to charge back the full price to Customer in the instance of unauthorized use of the Rewards in violation of any U.P. Marine Company Policy, Term, or Condition.

CLUB POINTS AND REWARDS LIMITATIONS

  • Points and Rewards will expire twelve (12) months from the purchase date of Customer’s Superior Rewards Club membership
  • Points are earned for Qualified Purchases made online at www.upmarineco.com or by phone with a U.P. Marine Company representative. 
  • Points earned and Rewards issued as Store Credit have no cash redemption or currency value. 
  • No cash or currency change issued for purchases made with Rewards. 
  • Any Rewards not spent during a transaction will remain available as Store Credit in the Customer’s U.P. Marine Company for future purchases.
  • Points cannot be earned for Qualified Purchases made prior to enrollment. 
  • Points and Rewards shall only be applied to the Customer’s own U.P. Marine Company account (not shared or applied to other Customer Accounts).
  • Points earned will be adjusted for all Qualified Purchases that are returned for refund, including refunds in the form of Store Credit or refunds back to the Customer’s original form of payment.
  • U.P. Marine Company reserves the right to update these limitations any time or limit the use of Points or Rewards, for any reason, without prior notification. 
  • Club membership offer and participation is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION OF CLUB AND CLUB MEMBERSHIP
U.P. Marine Company reserves the right to terminate or modify both the Superior Rewards Club program, Club benefits, and the individual Club membership(s) for any reason as determined solely by U.P. Marine Company. Remaining Point balances, Rewards, and any additional Club benefits will be forfeited and void at the time of termination.

The following shall apply to Termination or Modification of the Superior Rewards Club or individual Club membership(s):

  • Under certain circumstances a decision to offer a refund, full or partial, as a result of the termination of the Club or a Customer’s Club membership, may occur and shall be determined at the sole discretion of U.P. Marine Company. 
  • U.P. Marine Company reserves the right to modify the Club rules, Terms and Conditions, limitations, or to cancel in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. 
  • U.P. Marine Company reserves the right to modify or cancel, in whole or in part, any individual Club membership, Points and/or Rewards, and/or the Terms and Conditions applicable to such Club membership, Points and/or Rewards, including those previously issued, for any reason, without prior notification. 
  • If Club membership, Points and/or Rewards, including those previously issued, are modified or cancelled, in whole or in part, U.P. Marine Company will notify the Customer after such modification or cancellation occurs by required means of communication as determined appropriate by U.P. Marine Company. 
  • U.P. Marine Company reserves the right to terminate any Customer’s Club membership for any misuse, and/or violation of U.P. Marine Company policies.

 

PRIVACY POLICY AND YOUR INFORMATION

Superior Rewards Club Customer information will be collected, used, and maintained by U.P. Marine Company in accordance with U.P. Marine Company Privacy Policies, incorporated herein by this reference.
